Weekend and this weekLast week I started my new job at McDonalds. So far, it has been very awesome and a little intimidating at times. Thursday was my first day working the cash register for real, and today I am back to working in the public. I am excited that I'll be getting better pay, better hours, and a friendlier environment as opposed to working for my dad. I am very happy that I am working for McDonalds.After work on Thursday, Diane came down and picked me up and we spent the entire weekend together. We went out and saw the Dark Shadows movie with Johnny Depp, got to see where Diane works at Target, got to eat at Olive Garden, went to the pet store and saw several really cute animals, and hung out at the mall. We had a fantastic time together and hoping we can do more later on this week.Mom and Diane are also starting to become friendly around eachother, and it really pleases me to know that my mom does like Diane, because I know my father does not. In getting older, some people seem to lose the faculty of asking question, because they either think there are no answers, or are convinced they know them all.
